My Postpartum Visits Can Include but not limited to:
-Meal Prep
-Helping with Laundry
-Light cleaning/organizing
-Help with siblings
-Refilling Mom’s snacks
-Watching baby while Mom Showers or takes a nap
-Light Back/foot Massage for Mom while she holds baby
-Pampering foot soak, massage & paint Mom’s nails while she holds baby
